At PawHaven, your satisfaction is our priority — for you and your furry friend. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.
Returns
Within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached.
Refunds
Processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We replace defective or damaged items. Email us with a photo of the issue and your order number.
Non-returnable items

Damaged or wrong items
